Chi Gong: This is a method for universal, holistic care, in which the body and mind open up themselves together. It belongs to the heritage of Traditional Chinese Medicine and includes work on the respiration, energy and vitality by using certain methods in order to combine the harmony of body, soul and mind. It supports a good flow of Chi (breath, energy, vitality), enhances the intellectual capacities and prolongs life. Daily practice permits to regain or to maintain the balance we need for a harmonious life on all levels: spiritual, psychic and physical.
Chi Gong comprises a set of exercises leading together slow movements, gaining consciousness of our true potential centre, respiration and breath flow methods, and meditation.
