Cooking: the theory and practice of energetic cooking. Learn how to use vegetable proteins and how to create delicious dishes. Develop sensitivity in order to apply the five basic energetic transformations in everyday life and in cooking.

Chi Gong: This is a method for universal, holistic care, in which the body and mind open up themselves together. It belongs to the heritage of Traditional Chinese Medicine and includes work on the respiration, on the energy and on the vitality by using certain methods in order to combine the harmony of body, soul and mind. It supports a good flow of the Chi (breath, energy, vitality), enhances the intellectual capacities and prolongs life. A daily practice permits one to regain or to maintain the balance we need for a harmonious life on all levels: spiritual, psychic and physical.

- Mastery of the complete Chi Gong series
- Energetic approach to cooking and creating delicious meals
- Theory and practice
- Preparation of:
- Tofu (soy protein) in different forms
- Wok and saut$)A(&ed vegetables
- Choosing the best cereal and learning to prepare it
- Seasoning and sauces to bring the dish to perfection
- How to look at food as energy

 

 

Teacher :

Song ARUN : Many years of experience in vegetarian cooking. He is a master in the art of combining dishes with a special regard to harmony, taste and balance. Song holds the certificate of Professor of Chinese Martial Arts recognised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

Location :

The training course is held in Wintzfelden in the Centre Holtzmacheracker of the Club Vosgien in the valley of Sulzmatt (near the RN 83 between Colmar and Guebwiller, 25 km south of Colmar). You will receive a map after completing your registration.
